Requirements:
- Team managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role as a team manager.
- Team managers must be active with their superiors or team members at least once a month. Team managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be removed as a team manager.

Duties:
- Manage and encourage the use of Trovo team events for a streamers growth, revenue and engagement.
- Team managers will be communicating with team members for issues, concerns, events, and other communications to/from superiors as team managers are front line communication.
- Team managers are leaders of the team by providing streamer education and helping team members understand how to utilize the platform with features, events and Trovo partner programs to generate revenue, exposure and building their community.

LEAD Team Manager Requirements & Duties
All team managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Team managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior inside the team will result in issued warnings from superiors or termination from the team manager role. Team managers are leaders in the team and are frontline communication who will be seen the most in the team. Team mangers welcome learning, development, questions and offer streamers opportunities to grow and be successful.
