Lead team manager positions are voluntary. Lead team managers are leaders for all team managers and provide additional guidance, resources and communication in the stream team.
Requirements:
- Lead team managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role as a lead team manager.
- Lead team managers must be active with their superiors, team managers or team members at least once a month. Lead team managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be removed as a lead team manager and demoted to a team manager.
- Lead team managers must be able to use a translator to effectively communicate with team managers or team members in the stream team.

Duties:
- Assist team managers with questions and providing resources.
- Provide communication to/from superiors and to/from team managers.
- Lead team managers communicate events and announcements to the Discord community, team members and team managers.
- Lead team managers participate in private DM groups with Creators Connected Chief Community Officer (CCO), Community Lead (CL) and Trovo Staff (TS) for communications between staff teams.
All team managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Team managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior inside the team will result in issued warnings from superiors, demotions or termination from the all team manager roles. Lead team managers are leaders in the team and bridge communication between team managers and superiors. Lead team managers provide guidance and assistance to team managers and team members.
This role is only available to team managers qualified for promotion. Apply as a Trovo team manager or Discord team manager first.
