Requirements:

• Agency managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role as an agency manager.
• Agency managers must be active with their superiors or agency members at least once a month. Agency managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be removed as a agency manager.

Duties:

• Manage agency members and provide knowledge for their growth and success.
• Agency managers will communicate with agency members for issues, concerns, and other communications to/from superiors as agency managers are front line communication.
• Agency managers are leaders of the agency by providing streamer education and helping agency members understand how to utilize the platform with features, events and Trovo partner programs to generate revenue, exposure and building their community.

Trovo LEAD Agency Manager Requirements & Duties

All agency managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Agency managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior inside the team will result in issued warnings from superiors or termination from the agency manager role. Agency managers are leaders in the agency and are frontline communication who will be seen the most in the agency. Agency mangers welcome learning, development, questions and offer streamers opportunities to grow and be successful.
