Trovo lead agency manager positions are voluntary. Lead agency managers are leaders for all agency managers and provide additional guidance, resources and communication in the agency.

Requirements:

• Lead agency managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role as a lead agency manager.
• Lead agency managers must be active with their superiors, agency managers or agency members at least once a month. Lead agency managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be removed as a lead agency manager and demoted to an agency manager.
• Lead agency managers must be able to use a translator to effectively communicate with agency managers or agency members.

Duties:

• Assist agency managers with questions, providing resources and additional support.
• Provide communication to/from superiors and to/from agency managers.
• Lead agency managers communicate announcements and other topics to the Discord community, agency managers and agency members.
• Lead agency managers participate in private DM groups with Creators Connected Chief Community Officer (CCO), Community Lead (CL) and Trovo Staff (TS) for communications between staff teams.

All agency managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Agency managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior inside the agency will result in issued warnings from superiors, demotions or termination from the all agency manager roles. Lead agency managers are leaders in the agency and bridge communication between agency managers and superiors. Lead agency managers provide guidance and assistance to agency managers and members.
