Requirements:
- Discord Team managers must be active with their superiors or community members at least once a month. Team managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be removed as a Discord team manager.
Duties:
- Engage with the Discord community, encourage members to check out our team in Battlegrounds and spread the word about team events for members to participate in.
- Discord team managers will be leaders by communicating with community members for issues, concerns, events, and other communications to/from superiors as team managers are front line communication.
Promotions:
Discord Team managers can be promoted to be a lead team manager. Click the page below for role details.
LEAD Team Manager Requirements & Duties
All team managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Team managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior inside the team will result in issued warnings from superiors or termination from the team manager role. Team managers are leaders in the team and are frontline communication who will be seen the most in the community. Team mangers welcome learning, development, questions.
