Creators Connected Lead Managers are leaders for all managers and provide additional guidance, resources and communication.

Requirements:

• Lead managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role as a lead manager.
• Lead managers must be active with their superiors, managers or members at least once a month. Lead managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be contacted by superiors with a follow up.
• Lead managers must be able to use a translator to effectively communicate with managers or members.

Duties:

• Assist managers with questions, providing resources and additional support.
• Provide communication to/from superiors and to/from managers.
• Lead managers communicate announcements and other topics to the Discord community, managers and members.
• Lead managers participate in private DM groups with Creators Connected Community Manager (CM), Chief Community Officer (CCO), Community Lead (CL) and Trovo Staff (TS) for communications between staff teams.

Incentives:

This position is voluntary but offers the following incentives:

• Lead managers will not have revenue sharing when present on the agency.
• Lead managers can receive other incentives such as: Elixir, Trovo Ace, Battlegrounds VIP cards, Discord Nitro, and other freebies.

All lead managers must treat everyone equally, fairly and be respectful at all times. Managers who are reported for disorderly, disrespectful or offensive behavior will result in issued warnings from superiors, demotions or termination from the all manager roles. Lead managers are leaders that bridge communication between managers and superiors. Lead managers provide guidance and assistance to managers and members.
