Creators Connected Managers are leaders of Creators Connected agency, team and clan by managing our streamers & players by providing growth tips, tools, education and communication.

Requirements:

• Managers do not need to be actively streaming but must be actively performing their duties for their role.
• Managers must be active with their superiors or members at least once a month. Managers who are not performing duties at the bare minimum will be contacted by superiors with a follow up.
• Managers must join our agency, team and clan to gain the manager role. (Exceptions will need an agreement from superiors)

Experience:

• Any experience levels or no experience.

Duties:

• Manage assigned members between our agency and team by providing knowledge for their growth and success.
• Managers will communicate with assigned agency and team members for issues, concerns, and other communications to/from superiors as managers are front line communication.
• Managers are leaders of Creators Connected agency and team by providing streamer education and helping members they are assigned to understand how to utilize the platform with features, events and Trovo partner programs to generate revenue, exposure and building their community.
• Manage our Discord and Trovo clan by providing communication and encouraging users to compete in clan events.

Incentives:

This position is voluntary but offers the following incentives:

• Managers will not have revenue sharing when present on the agency.
• Managers can receive other incentives such as: Elixir, Trovo Ace, Battlegrounds VIP cards, Discord Nitro, and other freebies.
